One shared page for every brand. This schematic uses placeholders; the controls shown here are not interactive. Empty optional sections stay hidden.

01 / START WITH THE BASICS

Make it unmistakably yours.

In Brand Studio, open your channel’s Appearance area and save the Public channel profile.

01

A clear description

What your brand makes and what viewers can expect. Keep it factual and under 600 characters.

02

Your website and contact page

Use HTTPS addresses in Official contact page and Shop Now destination. The website appears beneath your brand name, and Shop Now opens that website.

03

The right people

Add enquiry labels and recipient emails under Official contact routes. Visitors see the labels; the email addresses stay private.

04

Approved social profiles

In Appearance, use Submit a public link to add a platform, public label and HTTPS profile URL. Owner-approved links appear beneath your website.

02 / YOUR ARTWORK KIT

Three files. One recognisable channel.

Start with these required assets. Upload them in Appearance with a short description of what each image shows.

Upload size and display crop are different.

The dimensions below describe your upload files. The public banner fills a centred frame: 24:7 above 900 CSS pixels, 16:7 above 600 through 900, and 4:3 at 600 and below. The image keeps its proportions and crops at the edges to fill that frame. At mobile widths, a mobile banner is used when available; otherwise the desktop image is cropped into the mobile frame.

Keep the main subject near the centre and review every screen size. The template’s marked safe area is a composition guide, not a guarantee that everything inside it survives each crop. Logos are fitted in full beneath the banner, beside the name and gold verification mark; the website and approved social links follow.

Optional artworkAlternate logos, film covers and social images

Each template shows the upload canvas and centred composition guide. Banner templates also mark the labelled display crops. Replace the template layer with your own artwork before uploading; review the actual page at each screen size.

03 / BUILD YOUR LIBRARY

Give every film a reason to play.

Choose up to three Featured Videos and three Instructional Videos for your channel. Adding a fourth selection returns the oldest to your public library. If you don’t choose instructional videos, that section stays hidden.

01

Name it clearly

Supply a useful title and a short synopsis. Explain what the viewer will see.

02

Keep versions together

Upload in Brand Studio’s Content area, then choose a video type. Keep short edits and alternate exports together; keep separate episodes separate.

03

Confirm the rights

Confirm permission for the footage, music and artwork. Preserve the real media type and orientation.

OPTIONAL / ADD WHAT YOU HAVE

More of your brand, in the same layout.

Only use genuine, approved material. These sections use the existing channel controls; leaving them empty adds no placeholder content to your public page.

User Experiences

In Appearance → Public channel profile, select up to three approved customer videos under User Experiences. Confirm each contributor’s permission and save the profile draft for owner publication review.

News, launches and specials

In the same profile, choose Add update. Supply the type, title, text and HTTPS destination for up to three tiles. Save the draft for owner review; remove an update when it is no longer relevant.

Photographs and the full library

Published photographs sit below the video sections in equal preview frames. A preview may crop the image; its full-image link opens the original proportions in a new tab. The channel gallery omits its banner photograph and repeated assets. Full media library keeps the banner photograph accessible alongside other photographs and older public videos.

Watch Videos, About and Contact move to their sections on the channel. Shop Now opens your brand website. The four actions and page structure stay the same for every brand.

PORTRAIT VIDEO / OPTIONAL

Made for the vertical screen.

Give short demonstrations, announcements and highlights their own section. Choose up to three approved short-form videos; older selections stay in your public library. Leave it unused and the section disappears.

9:161080 × 1920 px

Your upload specification

  • Aspect ratio: 9:16 portrait.
  • Recommended size: 1080 pixels wide × 1920 pixels high.
  • Duration: up to 3 minutes.
  • File: MP4 or MOV recommended.

Keep important text and faces clear of the outer edges and player controls. Landscape films are never automatically cropped into this format.

In Content, choose Short-form video under Upload format. After processing, open its library settings, choose Short-form video and save. Once approved, select Show in Short-form videos.

Use a clear title and synopsis. Existing approved artwork is fitted inside the portrait card; it is not stretched or presented as a video frame.

04 / THE FINAL REVIEW

Check it. Approve it. Go live.

A TNGO owner reviews your saved profile, required artwork and official-channel disclosure before publishing. Films and social links have their own approval steps.
