Community & Content Guidelines
Version 1.0 | Effective date: 14 September 2026
Lawful firearms content is welcome
TNGO welcomes lawful firearms, shooting-sports and hunting content, including films, reviews, maintenance and safety education, competition coverage, hunting stories, history and discussion of lawful rights. Firearms, ammunition or hunting in a work are not themselves grounds for removal. We consider context, purpose and applicable law.
TNGO is a media and education service for people 18 or older. We support public-interest publishing and expressly reserve First Amendment speech and press protections for lawful reporting and editorial judgment. Those protections do not create blanket immunity from copyright or other applicable law. A brand listing, enquiry or demonstration is not approval of a firearm transaction.
Content and conduct standards
Do not use TNGO for:
- Threats, incitement or assistance directed at unlawful violence; targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing or intimidation.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, fabricated credentials, misleading brand authority or deceptive sponsorship claims.
- Child sexual exploitation, trafficking, sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, including realistic fabricated imagery, or other exploitation.
- Unlawful transactions or activity, infringement, unauthorised disclosure of private information, or exposure of credentials and confidential records.
- Spam, malicious files, deceptive links, security interference or deliberate abuse of reporting tools.
Safety demonstrations should accurately describe their context and precautions. Do not encourage reckless conduct that creates a serious risk of injury. Hunting and injury footage is considered in its editorial context; it is not automatically prohibited merely because it concerns hunting. We may decline unsuitable submissions or request changes to presentation. No content is guaranteed publication.
Ownership, permissions and participation
Unless expressly identified otherwise on a valid legal basis, TNGO does not own third-party media; ownership remains with the respective rights holders. Participating contributors submit voluntarily within their actual authority. Being depicted or discussed in editorial coverage does not itself establish participation, consent, affiliation or endorsement.
Every upload is the uploader's express representation and warranty that they own the material or hold all permissions needed for the uses they authorise, including authority from the relevant account/channel owner and permissions for included third-party content. Identify limits, disputes and relevant music, footage, likeness or brand permissions. We may request evidence and act on false declarations; a checkbox does not create missing rights.
Disclose relevant sponsorship, supplied products and affiliate interests with the content. Do not imply that payment buys favourable editorial coverage or a qualification the service does not provide.
Review and publication
Uploads start private. Processing, rights permission, human review and publication are distinct steps. An upload, successful encode or review approval does not by itself authorise release or syndication. Replacement material requires review appropriate to the changed version. TNGO does not claim that automated systems verify every right or content issue.
We may seek clarification or correction, leave material available, hold a private submission, remove or restrict content, or suspend or terminate access according to the evidence, seriousness and recurrence of a problem. Urgent action may precede a full review. Where lawful and safe, we explain the reason, scope and ordinary review route. A complaint alone does not establish a violation or require removal of lawful public-interest reporting.
Reports and ordinary review
Send copyright and all other content/policy violations to copyright@tngotv.com. Identify the material, concern and necessary supporting facts. The Copyright & Reporting Policy explains the relevant process. Do not download or attach suspected child sexual abuse material or unnecessarily reproduce intimate imagery.
Request ordinary review at content@tngotv.com, giving the decision reference, reasons and relevant new evidence. We consider the request and explain the outcome where lawful and safe. Review does not guarantee restoration or suspend legal deadlines, and reversal does not bypass rights or publication approvals. Privacy-rights requests go to privacy@tngotv.com.
TNGO is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone faces immediate danger. These reporting channels do not restrict your right to contact authorities or use other lawful remedies.
