Creator / Channel Agreement
Version 1.0 | Effective date: 14 September 2026
Parties and scope
This agreement is between The Tactical Nation, Inc., operating TNGO at 1111b South Governors Ave STE 51027, Dover, DE 19904, US, and the creator, instructor or organisation identified in the acceptance record for the relevant TNGO workspace. Anyone accepting for an organisation must be authorised to bind it. General notices go to content@tngotv.com or the company address above; we use your supplied account or contract contact for notices to you.
This agreement applies when you affirmatively accept it for a submission or collaboration. It incorporates the Terms of Use and Community & Content Guidelines supplied with it. You must be at least 18 and have capacity and authority to make these commitments. Your assigned workspace and role determine what you may do; access alone does not authorise public release, external distribution or spending.
Voluntary participation and ownership
You choose voluntarily whether to participate, submit material or accept an additional collaboration. You may decline a proposed new use. Withdrawal from an existing arrangement follows its agreed terms and applicable law. Participation alone creates no employment, agency, partnership or endorsement relationship; any different arrangement depends on a separate agreement and the actual legal relationship.
You retain the rights you own. Unless expressly established on a valid legal basis, TNGO and The Tactical Nation, Inc. do not own your or other third parties' media. This agreement grants limited permissions, not a copyright assignment. A channel, credit, watermark or publication label does not itself transfer ownership. TNGO-owned or acquired rights must have their own valid basis.
Private processing permission
You grant TNGO a non-exclusive licence to receive, copy, store, technically process, transcode, create previews and privately review submitted material for submission handling, quality, rights and publication review. Service providers may perform these activities only for TNGO's permitted purposes. This does not grant independent provider exploitation rights or public streaming, unrelated reuse or marketing rights.
This permission lasts while the submission is considered or maintained under the agreed collaboration, and extends only as necessary for lawful evidence and restricted backups after withdrawal. Retained copies do not authorise renewed public use.
Separate publication authorisation
Public release requires an expressly agreed publication record and TNGO's separate release decision for the exact version. That record must identify the content and version, rights holder and authority, approved audience and territories, licence period, uses, credits and restrictions. It must also identify any paid access and the treatment of existing learner access when rights end.
The public licence is non-exclusive and limited to that record. Hosting, necessary copying/encoding, streaming and display must be within its scope. Captions, translations, substantive edits and accessibility adaptations follow the permissions and review limits recorded. Promotion, thumbnails, trailers, excerpts, external embedding, syndication and downloads require expressly identified permission for the relevant channels and period. An omitted use is not granted by implication.
The publication record may be an accepted electronic schedule or a separate written agreement. If required scope is missing, the submission remains private; there is no automatic worldwide, perpetual or promotional grant. Access for learners must not exceed the underlying rights. A service provider may carry out licensed uses for TNGO, not exploit the content independently.
Uploader permissions warranty
Each upload is your express representation and warranty that you own the material or hold all permissions needed for the uses you authorise, including authority from the relevant account/channel owner and permissions for included third-party material. Disclose restrictions, expiry, disputes and any reliance on a legal exception before release. Notify TNGO promptly if rights change and provide supporting evidence on reasonable request.
Identify relevant footage, stock, artwork, music, performance, likeness and brand permissions. Music review must distinguish the composition and the exact recording and the intended audiovisual/streaming uses. A consumer music subscription or a “royalty-free” label is not sufficient evidence of every necessary platform right. Any minor's appearance requires the appropriate separately reviewed permissions; your own account eligibility does not establish those permissions.
Subject to applicable law, TNGO may rely on your warranty. It does not bind an unconsenting rights holder, cure missing rights, expand the licence or excuse action on a substantiated report. We may hold publication, request evidence, remove or restrict material and use the breach/termination process for a false or unsupported warranty. Cooperate in addressing rights concerns. Report violations to copyright@tngotv.com.
Editorial independence, instructors and brands
TNGO publishes in the public interest and expressly reserves First Amendment speech and press protections and lawful editorial judgment. We may decline material or seek corrections. Those rights do not enlarge your contractual licence, authorise a confidentiality breach or imply that everyone depicted voluntarily participated. Independent reporting based on a legal exception needs its own lawful basis.
Instructors must accurately identify their authority, course content, prerequisites and learning outcomes and substantiate any credential claim. Learner progress is not verified attendance or practical competence. Completion documents must not imply accreditation, a professional qualification or a licence without a substantiated basis. Any additional course support/update duties must be agreed for that course.
Brand representatives must identify the principal they represent and their authority to supply marks and media. Additional sponsorship or commissioned work must identify deliverables, approvals, permitted uses, term and consideration in the relevant agreement. Disclose sponsorships, supplied products and affiliate interests with the content. Payment does not itself grant favourable editorial coverage or control over independent reporting.
Withdrawal, restrictions and termination
You may request withdrawal or end future submissions through content@tngotv.com. Unless an applicable publication record provides otherwise, either party may end the ongoing collaboration by notice. Existing fixed-term public licences are governed by their agreed termination provisions; a general account closure does not silently rewrite them. We will confirm the affected uses and any necessary removal or lawful existing-access arrangements.
TNGO may immediately hold or restrict content or access where reasonably necessary for a rights, legal or serious security issue. For a remediable breach, we may request evidence or correction; serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination. Where lawful and safe, we give the reason and ordinary review route. Review follows the Copyright & Reporting Policy and does not guarantee restoration.
When a licence ends, new uses cease except those expressly agreed and legally permitted. If continued learner access is not permitted by the underlying rights, it must stop and the applicable purchaser remedy must be addressed. Promotion ends with its agreed permission. Necessary restricted evidence and backups may remain under the Privacy & Cookies Policy without renewed public use; no immediate purge from every backup is promised.
Commercial terms and governing law
This agreement creates no application fee, revenue percentage, payout entitlement, exclusivity, indemnity or perpetual marketing right. Any payment arrangement requires a separate completed agreement covering the actual commercial terms and supported payment process.
Delaware law and applicable United States federal law govern, subject to mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be displaced. This agreement imposes no arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive court venue. Nothing excludes a non-excludable right or responsibility.
Changes to the uses you authorise require recorded agreement. A later website policy does not retrospectively enlarge an existing licence. Privacy requests go to privacy@tngotv.com; copyright and other content violations to copyright@tngotv.com; other questions to content@tngotv.com.
